"一番気になったのは、ウェブサイトや、居室内にある宿泊者向けの案内に書いてあるサービスが受けられなかったことです。
施設側のオーナーいう人にもこの点について説明を求めましたが、私たちが若いからなのか、一方的に記載からは到底想像もできない即席でつくったような理由で断られまし た。
例えば、ウェブサイトには、施設がある「印南町内への無料送迎はご利用代金にかかわらず随時承っております。その他エリアは、ご利用代金10,000円以上にて片道20kmまで無料送迎。お気軽にご利用いただけます。」とありますが、
オーナーだという男性によると、それは宿泊者ではなく、お酒などを飲んだレストラン利用者へのサービスだとのことでした。
いろいろと事情があるのかもしれませんが、終始軽んじられている印象を受けました。
車なしで訪れ、記載されたサービスを当たり前に利用できると疑っていなかった私たちとはミスマッチの宿泊先でした。"
