"I picked this hotel for the hot tub and pool use. Never able to use it, the chemicals were off so they had to shut them down. Unfortunately this seems to be something i found twice with Marriott in Milwaukee area. We found fingernail clipping on the couch and shorter ones in the bathroom. No other ..."

"The only problem we had our room was not cleaned. We didn’t want it cleaned the first two days so we put the sign . The third day we wanted the room cleaned for the next two days. They did not clean it the third day we ran out of towels we had piles of tiles piles of washcloth piles are trash, etc. ..."

"Chain that pulled window shade open and closed was broken...and broken in the adjoining room. No one there to fix it...had to pull down by hand and it could not go back up. Ice bucket had a big hole in the bottom which was unnoticed until it leaked and soaked the tissue box. Reported these issues ..."
