We loved our stay at The Westin Milwaukee. The room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast the next morning. A huge plus was that we were walking distance to The Pabst Theater.

The room was great! Location great! Bartenders were very nice. Check out staff when asked about valet charge lied because I had two rooms and only one car and got charged for two. When I called a couple days later they hung up on me.

Nice hotel, Valet staff very professional and friendly. Front desk at check in was disappointing. Checked in later in the evening, walked up to the front desk where 2 people were working, No other guest was checking in at the time but we were not acknowledged at all. Just stood there for a few minutes until one of the staff members finally said :'can I help you'. No hi, no welcome. Asked for my ID, gave me the room key and that was it. No explanation as to how do I find my room, or any other detail. Quite honestly I was very surprised by this behavior. Besides the check in, everything was else was great. Beautiful property and nice clean rooms.
