"The stairwell from the 8th floor I had to walk. My dog was afraid of the elevator. At the bottom the door was locked!! If there would be a fire, people cannot get out. Please fix that! Thank you"

"Great customer service. Included happy hour drinks and breakfast is awesome and the parking is right next door so it’s a great convenient place. The only concern was the loud motorcycles that kept looping outside but that was really out of their control."
