"The Hotel & Casino was very nice! Clean, friendly staff! However, when we were told at check-in how to use our Food & Beverage Credit, it was not being excepted at the check-out when ordering and we were told to go back to the Hotel Check-In to get it fixed! At that point, we were too tired and considered it a loss."

"We loved the place wgen we git there. Friendly staff and nice, spacious rooms. It went downhill from there. We ate at their restaurant and the food was terrible. Old cheese on a salad, undercooked vegetables, dry sushi. We coulnt eat it. We were there for an overnight getaway and concert. After the concert, we went straight to bed. The next morning, I turned back my blanket to find this dried, bloody booger on my comforter. So disgusting. We reported it, but just git, "Ew. We should look into that." No apologies. I would never stay here again. "

"Nice hotel, Valet staff very professional and friendly. Front desk at check in was disappointing. Checked in later in the evening, walked up to the front desk where 2 people were working, No other guest was checking in at the time but we were not acknowledged at all. Just stood there for a few minutes until one of the staff members finally said :'can I help you'. No hi, no welcome. Asked for my ID, gave me the room key and that was it. No explanation as to how do I find my room, or any other detail. Quite honestly I was very surprised by this behavior. Besides the check in, everything was else was great. Beautiful property and nice clean rooms."

"Staff were nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy. It’s a really cute place with an amazing location; walkable to the lake, the art museum, coffeehouses and restaurants. Was startled by an unfortunate visitor when showering, right before checking out. They just need to have an exterminator do some work. "

"Ive stayed at a few area hotels. this was by far The cleanest most recently updated and pleasant hotels.I have been to. The hotel made service cleaned my broom and gave me fresh towels every night without asking. It was a very comfortable mattress and pillows. No continental breakfast which I did not miss. I would recommend highly. "
