"Parking lot lights were never on! Very dark!! My 85 year old mother was locked in her room 3 times. Each time they said they fixed it and didn’t. Last time took 30 min for someone to get her out. They were giving her another room, told me they had to clean it. They ended up giving that room away and had to give her a different room. They said they were going to credit me back for 1 night, that was 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten anything!!"

"This is probably one of the most beautiful iconic historical hotels you will see. The artwork alone is like being in an art show. The architecture, the industrial feel, plus all the motorcycle and vintage merchandise. I've traveled quite a bit and I've never seen anything quite like it. Amazing, fantastic, beautiful, inspiring, iconic, fun, historical, and good food and drinks. You won't be disappointed."

"Super friendly staff. We loved the free cocktails and the breakfast. We did not take advantage of the dinner, because we wanted to explore the city food/restaurants. Centrally located, parking on premise that you have to pay for but that was okay. Will stay again."
