"Lots of dust on window sill radiator. No air-con. There was a large fan but not the same. Toilet seat was a very yellow colour needs a refurb. Could do with usb ports in their switches most places have them now. Ssying that the reception staff were very pleasant and accommodating"

"Unfortunately, the parking did present a problem having a large car. However reception were great and allowed us to park in an easier space. The room was smaller than expected.
