"The room was fine, not exceptional, for me, as I was only staying for 6 nights. I hadn't booked breakfast as it was only offered on a Sunday, but there is a "Sandwich Stop" attached to the hotel in the car park. Parking was adequate, but trying to exit onto the busy main road was a nightmare, as the hedges were so overgrown and hadn't been trimmed, so it was impossible to see traffic approaching from both directions. "The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event. Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night. It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order."

"The hotel was so clean from the drive, reception & bar area right through to the room. Staff were so friendly & helpful & represented the hotel very well. The room was spotless, roomy, bright, enormous super comfortable bed & had great mirrors in room & bathroom something we often get in more expensive hotels. "A nice hotel off the M1. Plenty of parking. A warm welcome on arrival. All staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Very handy that there was air con in the room. Disappointing that the windows were locked, they should NOT be. Cooked and continental breakfast was good. A excellent hotel due to its location for business or touring."

"We had a single night's stay here on a Saturday night. They had 3 functions ongoing, with 2 of them relatively noisy. People outside our bedroom window chatting loudly until nearly midnight. Nothing wrong with people enjoying themselves but there should be advance warning and a discount if the hotel is really full with functions.
