"Room was clean and comfortable; however, the refrigerator did not cool as expected. The late-night check-in staff really needs some training on customer service. She is a bit curt with how she speaks to customers. Breakfast was very basic but good. I just don't think the eggs The shuttle bus driver went above and beyond to help us when our car needed oil. He was truly our earth angel in a difficult time."

"Do not go off of the pictures. They are extremely deceiving. This is a very old building that only had enough of a facelift to make it seem like a great place to stay in pictures, but when you walk in and see it in person you realize it was a facade instantly. Upon check in, the woman at the front desk made sure to tell us this was a strictly no smoking property, yet the hallways reeked of weed. In addition, people had their hotel room doors open and lounging in their rooms like it was a frat house. Maybe they live there long term? Our bedroom smelled so heavily of cheap cleaner that it was incredibly overwhelming. A hotel room should smell fresh and clean when you walk in, but not as though you put you nose up to the bottle of cleaner itself. Also, the bedroom door handle lock did not work when trying to lock it from the inside and the extra lock on the door frame broke off, so there was no way to keep anyone from coming in if they had a key (such as staff). It didn’t take more than 5 minutes for my boyfriend, daughter and I to feel unsafe and dirty. We chose to be refunded and went to a different hotel for the night. I have stayed at plenty of La Quintas before, but never have I seen one I chose not to stay the night at. If you are used to a somewhat nice, but not over the top place, this STILL isn’t the place for you."

"I was glad they had food and beverage on premises, otherwise one would have to uber somewhere. There was one huge disappointment... the one and only waitress/bartender had the worst customer service I've had in a looooong time. She was unwelcoming and went in the corner and talked on her phone at times. My order came up and the kitchen 'dinged' that it was up, and she just continued talking on the phone for a couple of minutes. After serving it, she went right back on her phone. She wasn't rude verbally to customers, but she was curt in tone and body language. She certainly did not go out of her way to make anyone feel welcome in the bar/restaurant. This was the evening of May 23rd, if the manager wishes to address this with her. And no, she received no tip."

"Its not the best but its definitely not the worst. Rooms are clean & spacious, NO BUGS atleast I saw none. Could be maintained a little better fridge had a smell to it, walls had a couple stains, & shower does not close all the way besides that a good hotel to rest your head."

"Place was awful. Would never stay here again and would never recommend. Our room was disgusting! The bed had fresh linens but the bathroom had abused tampon in the trash, open toothpaste on the counter, pubic hair all over the sink and shower and food all over the desk in the room."
