"If you keep your expectations low, you won’t be disappointed. At check in be prepared to be greeted by a pushy timeshare agent, who wants to convince you that his two hour presentation is better than spending time with your family on vacation. When you get to your cottage, come armed with fly swatters and wasp spray as wasps are your hosts inside your cottage. The front desk and maintenance man will try to help you, but convince you, it’s ok to stay in the wasp infested cottage, until the next morning after you have already unpacked. When they will then tell you, you need to urgently move to a new cabin. At first you will resist, but then pack up ALLLL the things you unpacked less than 12 hours before and move to your new cottage, where you will be greeted with no a/c and just a fewww more wasps. One of the wasps even joined my son on his pillow as he was trying to rest his tired head. He slept on the couch the rest of the night… Our back door was just there for us to admire the back porch from the inside. The floors are very dirty so don’t bring the good socks, and be prepared for black toes. The pools that were available are dirty and we just wouldn’t risk it. If you forgo this review and book anyway, say hello to the wasps for us and bring your fan, just in case the AC is not working. "

"Good- price per night, onsite activities, location (from Branson). Room itself was clean, matched pictures. Bad- thin walls (can hear the water buffalos above us especially when flushing toilet), adults dropping young children off at pool area without supervision, half roll of toilet paper in room (put a spare new roll above toilet so we don’t have to ask for more). Lighting at night is dim, lots of kids running about (safety issue). Ugly- room not ready when we arrived at 6pm for 1hr (we drove for 6.5 hours, not what we wanted to hear), maintenance man unlocked our door and opened when we were sitting at table in living room. He apologized but still…ring the doorbell or knock first, food left in fridge still (thankfully not spoiled or stinky yet). Plethora of texts from front office, became annoying (ask if residents want to opt in or out of texts please). "

"This is a decent place to stay if you're not expecting much in terms of amenities. Room 20 was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. But, the ac/heater unit was obnoxiously loud. You couldn't hear the TV when it came on and, as expected, it woke us up throughout the night. So much so, that we decided it was best to shut it off completely the 2nd night, even if it meant being warm. There was also another sound that sounded as if a stone was hitting the wall. It was loud enough to also wake us up throughout the night. Then, there were all the sounds coming from upstairs: footsteps, luggage rolling, water running, toilets flushing. The restaurant is good (guests receive discount), staff was nice, game room had a pool table and shuffleboard, and I liked that they had fire pits and outdoor seating. There is no housekeeping service during your stay, old thin towels, carpeted steps (very gross) into the shower/whirlpool combo, boxy bed frames that we kept hitting ourselves on, and no lobby. It was ok, but we would not stay there again or feel comfortable recommending it to friends. "
