"The costumer service is terrible, I haven't seen never such bad costumer service. Ar the front desk Miguel terrible, all staff really bad except one person and her name is Jazmin. Never going back to that hotel and I won't recommend it"

"Beautiful hotel. It was quiet and relaxed. Service was friendly and courteous. Dinner at OIA was excellent. Would greatly recommend for those who are looking for a resort that isn’t “overwhelming”, this is a great choice for Nassau."
