"When asking about getting transportation to/from the airport, be sure to have them write it down and explain clearly what they are charging, due to the fact that I was not charged the amount given initially. In other words, I was charged for having them go to the airport to pick me up, and charged for them taking me from the airport to the hotel (one trip the day I arrived), in total $1,500 MXN PESO (the two charges including a fee for using a card as payment). The hotel itself is great, surrounding area is a bit sketchy at night (but in the day it’s great), terrace is beautiful, can get a bit noisy due to the hotel being next the a busy avenue (some local shop kept blasting their music early in the morning), and recommend not using hotel transportation for not being transparent and way overpriced. "
