I want to give a shout out to the gentlemen at the front desk, We arrived late in the evening after a long day at Knobels o Saturday 9/12 and he could not find our reservation, because I accidentally booked it for the following weekend Sat 9/19. This could have gone badly but it didn't. The gentlemen at the front desk found me a room and switched the reservation and I was not charged since I had paid up front with Expedia. I previously stayed here and I will stay again, The room was clean and it was a great place to stay. It's things like this that really make you want to come back and I was genuinely happy for the help extended to us. This hotel did not have to help us but they did and I really appreciate it!

The front desk clerk greeted me with “I need your id” in a flat rude tone. I felt very unwelcome. Only to also inform me my room wasn’t ready yet, and it was 6:30pm, I had booked 4hours earlier. The manager Kush, said he would give me a 20% discount but lied. To be fair the room was clean, the morning clerk was great, and the comp breakfast was decent and much appreciated. I can deal with a rude clerk but I can’t tolerate a manager who doesn’t follow through on a refund he promised.

Hotel recently transitioned from a Red Roof to a Sleep Inn. (Man at counter said it happened about a month ago) Much of the hotel seemed to be renovated- new flooring, updated bathrooms, new furniture, etc. Everything was clean. A/C worked well, shower was hot, and beds were comfortable. Only reason I rated it a good, not excellent, was the hours for the breakfast. On the weekends, breakfast starts at 7.

The lobby and rooms were clean and new since they are renovating. The air conditioner worked well. The staff was very nice. They had a coffee maker and microwave in the room. No hand soap and no refrigerator. Plenty of parking.
