"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. "Schönes Hotel, Tolle Pool-Landschaft, vor allem für Kinder. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. "

"Wir waren jetzt das 2. mal in diesem Hotel. Leider wurden dieses mal die Marken für die Bademäntel vergessen und im unserem Zimmer ging das Licht in der Küchenzeile ständig an, so daß man Nachts aufstehen mußte um es wieder auszuschalten. Essenauswahl war gut, aber leider haben sich viele Gäste nicht gut benommen und sogar kleinere Kinder einfach weggedrängt. "
