"I have been coming for years and overall love it. Room cleaning could be better. Especially take the empty glasses and cups. My serious complaint are the bathrooms. If you do not replace the tub with shower, at least put a rope on the shower head.
Then I can easily clean my body......
I will definetely come back"

"I really wanted to give this hotel a glowing review. They have a great location, super easy access to the beach, good views, and a fantastic room layout that worked really well for us and our 2 little kids.
We had two major issues. First, the internet and cell service is horrible. We could only use our phones on our balcony and none of the wifi services on the TV worked. Secondly, I complained 3 times about our neighbor constantly smoking on their balcony and I was brushed off and insulted....

"The staff were all helpful and friendly. The property needs severe updating. There’s peeling paint (at least in our room and in the pool area), a few things throughout the room were falling apart (cracks in the walls and light switches), the air conditioning did not work properly, the bathroom was not clean, and the kitchen stove was falling apart. Overall, we would not stay here again."

"Easy walking distance to shops,beachfront and restaurants. I like dogs but the smell was not good and the hallway,people let their dog have accidents. The staff cleaned it right away.

"I originally picked this place because of the price but after being allowed to come in early before checking in i was able to Park use their pool and go to the ocean which was why I wanted to go to the beach. Then after checking out, I was allowed to park for the rest of the day use the pool go to the ocean. "Good value for a short stay in a convenient location just off the beach road. Property is quite dated, but our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I will mention that the outer entrances were unlocked all day and night, even though there were card reader mounted right next to the doors. The breakfast voucher was great; the restaurant breakfast was excellent and far better than the usual breakfast options in this class of hotel."

"The room was of course a lil bit pricey. However it’s in a great location everything was nice and clean. The staff was great . The breakfast wasn’t bad at all. The older lady the prepares breakfast was sweet . I even tipped her and told her how good of a job she was doing. Really no complaints at all . I definitely would stay again."

"I had a death in the family and instead of being sent condolences or any kind words the hotel was very rude. They instead reminded me of the cancellation process, refused to give me a credit for my stay, cut me off in conversation and were very rude. After being told the general manager would contact me the next day I never received any calls or emails from him.
