"Small hotel in a residential area close to the beach. Very modern, clean and spacious bar and outside seating area. The room was small but not cramped and was furnished in keeping with the hotels decor. There was a birthday party taking place in the evening but the staff were quietly efficient and spent an appropriate time to check us in. If there is a downside it has to be the car park. It’s small and very awkward to navigate when full - 7 spaces in two separate areas. Not however a reason to...

"Great one night stay after attending a wedding in the area. Well appointed room, in adjoining stable block, with bottled water, comfy bed and great shower. Lovely breakfast. We were also given a courtesy call on the day to check we were still coming as we were at the wedding. Highly recommend."

"I stayed at the White Hart on a work trip and it was delightful. Quintessential English charm and all the comforts of home while I was away. The food was great and the coffee/lattes are even better. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was neat and comfortable. I was sad to have to leave but had a lovely time!"

"I visited with 2 friends for our annual catch-up. From the moment we arrived, all staff were warm and friendly. We all had fantastic rooms. Mine was superb - large, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful Medieval wall painting. The management had literally thought of everything and it is that attention to detail that is so welcome but so often lacking, even in hotels costing triple the price. "A very warm, accommodating welcome, staff were delightful. Rooms were so comfy and well equipped, provisions for our four legged friends were also provided. "Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms"
