"We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. I love the set up of the dinning area. We held conversations with other travelers, my family played the board games they had. It will definitely be my go to place whenever we are in town"

"Could not ask for a better experience, it’s a brand new hotel but it’s side of 100 year-old previous Bank property. My room was absolutely amazing, never saw such an amazing bathroom in a hotel room. Everything was spotless, and the bed was beyond uncomfortable. The lounge felt like something you would find in New York City and they even have a Starbucks with an extensive lounge menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "Dennis was not friendly did not even say good morning back. The others were amazing"

"Everything was great. Thank you."

"Brand new pool and exercise area I didn’t have the opportunity to use, full moderately supplied kitchen,"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this Tru by Hilton location! The hotel was beautifully designed, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was great! Nothing overly extravagant, but everything they offered was good, and I appreciated the selection. However, the real stars of the show were the staff! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs....

"Me encantó las habitaciones todo limpio y ordenado y buenos desayunos"

"Our host, Allyson, was wonderful. The room was clean and well maintained. In the morning, she prepared a hearty breakfast and we were on our way."

The room smelled like someone dropped had spilled several gallons of cleaning chemical in the room. Although clean, if you have allergies this place will kill you. We opened all the windows as far as we could to vent the room, but the cleaning chemicals permeate and remained at the strength they we entered the room. I stopped by the front desk which was being manned by the...

"Amazing stay. Entire penthouse was clean. Property is beautiful. We will return next year. If any questions or concerns Carolee was always quick to respond by text or call. Youve got all you need at Houser's crossing."
