Hit and miss

No light working in room, save one. Night light from outside shines through glass pane of main door so rooms not dark. Generally clean and high-quality furniture and bath but run-down. One towel for four beds. Overpriced, frankly.

I checked in around 15:00, the room looked nice. At 18:00 I decided to go eating at the restaurant and only then I was informed by the people at the lobby that it might have been difficult to find a table. At the restaurant I was informed that no place for me (1 person) would have been available until at least 20:30; I asked if I could get a salad: negative answer. I asked if I could order it as room service, so they could bring it when they had time: negative answer. Considering the price for the room, I was very disappointed for the lack of service: they should have informed me when I booked or at least when I checked in that they had not enough staff to handle one extra guest. I will definitely book another hotel next time

Needs improvment.

Rooms are miles away from the reception, very dust rooms and also many cobwebs and spiders in the room. Cleanliness should definitely be improved. Bearing in mind that this hotel has a great opportunity with business travelers as it is right next to the industrial area, it should be improved. Breakfast was plentiful, but no continental options. Lots of confusion by all as the breakfast is all over the area and people cannot find things. Staff at reception are quite poor, spent 10 minutes filling all the details on an ipad that they asked and when its time to get the invoice with the company name, its blank. Took 6 attempts to get it right, including the staff googling for the address and putting what they think is right rather than what you tell them. Utter incompetence, but is the usual Danish standard for hospitality. Would recommend staying there, but be warned about the cleanliness, although not unhygienic, and the poor staff.

Mixed review

It was noticable that the room had been recently updated, walls were painted and neat, but no art on the walls, electric sockets were placed randomly in the middle of a wall, some sockets led to nowhere. Lighting was limited in the hallway and main room. Room is clean but there were some long dark hairs in the bathroom. Shower head leeks and it reeked of sewer. Shower curtain goes all the way up but does not cover the bottom so water leaks out on the floor. The beds were box mattresses with a very thin top mattress, a proper mattress is necessary to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was great as there was a large selection of everything. The orange juice was watered down, coffee was ok, but the homemade jams, Nutella and humus and the pastry makes up for it. Mimosas and bitters were available. A waffle maker was popular with the kids. In the room, there was a QR code to scan which led to info about hotel. It said there were toiletries freely available at reception but when we asked they said they had none. On pictures of hotel there is a pool, this pool is no longer there. The hotel is built for arrival by car and paths for pedestrians is limited.
