"Overall the experience of the hotel was good. However in the shower- the temperature of the water does not go any higher. I know the breakfast was free. It was very basic. The hotel would have got 5 stars if there was more of an options of food. There is not many options of buses available to get to the hotel which was quite tricky. "Hotel was lovley and well presented. It was clean and very welcoming. The front of house staff were so polite and professional and really helpful. However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude.
