Nice hotel for a chill time

It was our second time staying this year at Upsun. It is a nice hotel and the staff are very nice. We enjoyed the pool, the beach chairs at the beach, and the bikes. There are lots of good food options nearby. There is also a free city trolley that runs about two blocks from the hotel so we used that also.

Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The only improvement we feel could be made would be umbrellas around the rooftop pool loungers.

The hotel is in a convenient location, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Overall a good hotel, it felt like a 3 star hotel rather than 4 star. The issue was with Expedia and the hidden parking fees. Ensure you read all T&C's before booking.

Great spot for a getaway

It was my first time staying here and I really enjoyed the location, the private pool upstairs, the concierge were friendly and helpful. It was a nice crowd of people staying- not partners or too many kids/families.
