Lamentable es un robo
Reserve una habitacion con 5 meses de antelacion y sin opcion a cancelacion/cambio, justo antes del viaje me mandaron desde este alojamiento cientos de mensajes pidiendome que cancelara porque el hotel estaba cerrado por obras y debia perder mi dinero de la reserva. La peor experiencia que he tenido, una vez alli el hotel se encontraba abierto y funcionando lo que pasa que querian vender mi habitacion a mejor precio haciendome perder a mi el dinero.

Horrible experience will never return, unless they compensate me for my stay. Keep track of your belongings. I had a piece of medical equipment with me for the trip and it went missing during my stay at the hotel. Very expensive and very important that I had to travel with to help with my foot pains. After two days it went missing from my room after I had my room cleaned. I stopped at the front desk and they were not helpful at all. Furthermore, It was so difficult to get a good night's sleep because the beds were extremely uncomfortable and they had a Salt Cafe restaurant playing music all night long Friday through Sunday. Then Monday morning I could not sleep because of the garbage trucks, then on Tuesday it was the cutting down of palm trees. Then on Wednesday it started raining and there was a leak in the roof that resulted in my room being wet from several leaks in the ceiling. At that point I ended my trip and left the location, extremely disappointing, this place needs to shut down for inspection.

It was an OK stay. The breakfast was poor and the same thing everyday (bagel, cream cheese and jelly, a muffin, and either a banana or an orange). The AC worked just fine, the shower ran thin but wasn’t a bother, fridge did not cool enough though. The room itself was ok, a little outdated, nothing luxurious so don’t expect anything crazy. Beach towels always available.

Gros problème si vous louer une chambre suite avec cuisine. Équipé de l'ensemble des électroménagers...mais AUCUNE vaissellerie, rien du tout ! ni sel et sucre au minimum ! Même lors de l'arrivé aucun verre (même en carton...) dans la salle de bain ou la cuisine...

This is a good stay if you want to be in the heart of the action in South Beach on a budget. The rooms were basic and a little run down but still good enough. It's right on Collins St., so expect a lot of noise at all hours and know that the hotel has a DJ going until 2:00am so you might have that right outside your window. Great proximity to the beach, Ocean Drive, and pretty much all that South Beach has to offer.

Séjour de 2 nuits pour des vacances, l’emplacement est idéal proche de la plage, des grandes avenues et des commerces. Par contre l’hôtel aurait besoin d’être rénové, chambre et mobiliers anciens et abîmés.

Loved my stay.
Nice huge room one the first floor. I was a little bit bothered by music from the Tiki Bar, but nothing earpluggs did'nt solve. I would definitely consider this hotel next time I'm in Miami.

Close to the beach and major street, tho the hotel has a restaurant/bar in the middle, so don't hope to sleep before midnight.

Place was great to stay in before a cruise vacation, one thing to mention if your room is close to the outside bar/ garden sitting area it will be noisy at night, so we didn’t have a room close to it so we didn’t hear anything

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is family friendly, clean and in a safe location. The Salt Cafe is located on the property which adds a nice relaxed ambience. Highly recommended this place and look forward to returning in the future!

This place is trash. Everything was broken down. The smell was horrible, like someone instead of cleaning just broke a bottle of essential oil and called it a day. The fridge/freezer was room temp and rusty. The doors were hard to close. The tv screen was scratched. The walls had holes then patched up really bad and then 18 layers of paint. Avoid this hotel for sure I would not pay $10 to stay here again.

Hotel area very good, Reception Personal kind and friendly. Room is terrible damp, neglected, the walls are swollen with moisture, the kitchen appliances are very old and rusty, there are no glasses, plates, forks, knives, kettles. think twice before booking only location is not everything
