Rooms were spacious and clean. Mostly well equipped for our 5 day stay. The residence staff were efficient in getting us in and out. Nomada’s phone staff were polite and promised to respond to our requests (for a bath mat for the slippery shower floor and for instructions about how to get local channels on the TV) but did not actually follow through. The furniture was okay but none of the chairs was actually comfortable for sitting and the bed was softer than ideal.

Spacious apartment, clean and modern with convenient location and garage. It was close to the arts and design district, with great stroll and plenty of dining and entertainment opportunities. The apartment is in a rental residence high rises complex with heated pool and large balcony. We had a corner unit and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Very spacious and clean with a full kitchen that allowed us to cook and eat in some nights. Great choice for families in Miami.

We had the 2 bedroom suite with bay view booked. The apartment was very clean, and layout was perfect. There was a good variety of amenities also included. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Transportation was very easy to access, and the location was very commutable to all the main areas as well. We would 100% recommend this place, and would stay again.

The place was very clean. I love that it was out of the way of all the hustle and bustle. Kitchen was fully stocked if I had wanted to cook I could have. It was a little chilly but my girls had plenty of photo ops at the pool. :-). I felt safe and most importantly there was a parking garage. Only problem with our room it that the balcony was not furnished with chairs or a little table.

property is very well maintained and unit was super clean and was a nice size. lobby always smells nice as well!! nice area for the most part and only 12 min to the beach!! only thing i wasnt fond of is that you dont really get much sun in the pool area., at least when we were there anyway.

The room and overall facilities were nice and well-maintained, so in that regard the stay met expectations. Unfortunately, the front desk experience fell short. Staff interactions felt unhelpful and somewhat dismissive, creating the impression that basic guest requests were an inconvenience rather than part of the service experience. This made day-to-day interactions less welcoming than expected. One practical note for future guests: if you plan to receive packages during your stay, I’d recommend using an Amazon locker instead. The hotel’s package handling system could use improvement and adds unnecessary frustration. With some attention to customer service training and package management processes, this could be a much stronger guest experience.
