We booked 4 rooms. All the rooms need to be upgraded since they are so old inside with defective shower faucet and weak water pressure, very old carpet floor, windows were dirty and one of our rooms got leaked. Hotel did refund the resort fee for this room. Pool and Beach area were so nice. Beach access is short walk. My group loved it. Hotel is under construction, guessed it will be better in short future.
