My family had three rooms at the Sagamore for a weekend celebrating my in-laws' 55th anniversary. Melody and the entire team at the Sagamore made it an unforgettable weekend at a beautiful hotel. The pool was great, the rooms were very comfortable and nice and the service was outstanding. We used the valet service which also worked great. 5-star experience!!

The service is incredible the people are very nice! The room is awesome!!! Spacious and clean, a little dated, their toilets and showers need to be updated! Their cappuccino is amazing and the beach is gorgeous! The gym is not a gym and the pool could be better. But honestly I have stayed in many places in south beach and this one was good!

Love this hotel highly recommend. Ariel one of the workers was the absolute best. He was one of the reasons I gave 5 stars. Loved the 2 hour free bikes and the pool was just awesome. Did a garden view room that basically turned out to be an ocean front so that was a bonus. Next time I’m in south beach this is where I’ll be staying !

We had a great stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean . Comfy beds. My only complaint is the slamming doors in the hallways . We moved rooms after 1 night , it was marginally quieter.
