"Loved everything about my little Closet room. Had everything I needed for a 7 day Solo adventure in Barbados. Bed Comfy, Shower was hot with power, and AC kept me cozy and Cool! I didn't cook anything, but that kitchen had everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal if you wanted to. TV was great even had cable as well as all the Apps. The little pools were clean and cute for a little relaxation after the beach. Staff when there super nice and helpful. Everything was walkable including getting to the bus stop. For excursions just walked up to Monteray Hotel for pickup. Dover Market was very convenient and had everything you need. St. LAWRENCE GAP very cute and easy to get to. Beaches with waves and if too rough go to Carlisle Bay or Miami Beach. Had such a ball and will Return in November. Barbados is my New Favorite Island. My Closet was not a 5 star so cut this place some slack! If you want a 5 star go stay at Sandals down the street. "

"Fantastic stay. Room clean, bed comfortable. food at the restaurant was amazing and highly recommended. Staff were lovely and engaging. Pool towels provided on the sunbeds around the pool or towels available at reception to take to the beach. Car or taxis required but this was no issue for us. Highly recommend this hotel"

"Staff were very friendly, breakfast was really good listening to the sound of crashing waves. My room though in a separate building was spacious and had a full kitchen. I would return and do recommend Dover Beach Hotel."

"Room was great! My sister & I spent 10 days in Barbados. We looked for ice a few times. No ice machine but you can get it free at the pool bar. Then we found ice cube trays in our fridge! Genius! You are just around the corner from Dover market for some groceries, treats or alcohol. Just down the street from the beach. Great location. Room had maid service every other day. Room was clean & a good size. Had a nice balcony. Safe & drawers for clothes. Cupboard for any food you may have brought. Kettle, fridge & microwave .. TV … counter by door & kitchen counter. We had room under our kitchen counter to place our empty suitcases. Staff was very friendly .. especially Charis on the front counter. Very secure place. Needed your key to get into building. We would stay again! Thank you!"

"Second time at this great hotel. Lovelly beach, pool and restaurant and bar. Ideal location fir beach walks and other restaurants. French door out of our bedroom would not close and had to use a piece of string to close it. "
