"Clean but noisy room. Could hear the next door neighbors, road traffic, hall doors shutting. No real hot water during entire stay, only warm. On checkout morning, 7:00, there was zero hot water, so we had cold showers. Staff was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. The view of the city was nice. Bistro Collins served beautiful and tasty food."

"So this was our 2nd time staying here. First, the staff is outstanding. They will do anything to make sure your stay is fantastic :) We love the fact that beach chairs and umbrellas do not cost extra like they do at every other hotel. Also, we love the location. Mid-beach is quieter. There is a CVS right across the street with just about everything you need....and normal CVS pricing. If you are looking for a high-end resort then this is not it. If you are wanting a friendly, clean hotel with everything you need, then this is your place. We stayed in a suite which was nice and ridiculously affordable. I will stay here again......"

"The only problem that I’ve experienced is there wasn’t enough umbrellas by the pool, a leg was broken on the chair that is on the balcony, and there’s no lighting near the vanity, lighting is a MUST!"
