"First of all, there was an awful smell, the floor was not leveled, no shower had no curtains so water flooded on the bathroom floor, bed was broken, decor was dated, house keeping went in my shoe and rearrange my jewelry, carpet was dirty in the hallway and the pool area was filthy. "Great room was very clean, Beach amenities were very good as was the service on the beach. Got VIP that upon arrival. Not a fan of valet parking to start with (too restrictive and feel like you have to tip both in and out) but was surprised first with $78 dollar a night and then even more surprised by a $107 CHARGE FOR A SUPPOSED OVERSIZED VEHICLE I received the first day. Not only was that tacked on I was told I had to pay it before I left the property on day one, I would think that would be settled upon check out"
"Entry to the hotel stinks. Was not able to get an early check in but was able to use the pool while we waited. The toilet in the room would not flush. The little piece was broken. Pool was fine, cool being up on the roof with a mini bar. Location is great, right behind mangos"
"I paid for an ocean view room and ended up getting a partial view. I asked the front desk and they couldn't give me a expiation between open view, front view, side view. For what I paid, I was expecting a bigger room and better view. I was completely disappointed. I'll never come back to this Hotel."
