"+Ve: Hotel rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent with great service, it is busy but they have an effective system in place to get you seated and served no issue. Good location in Miami Beach. Hotel staff are friendly, the downstairs cafe and bar is nice. Hotel gym is clean and well equipped.
-Ve: Hotel pool is very busy and sunbeds are on top of each other. Only disappointment is the daily resort fee charge approx. $56 which covers the use of the hotel facilities, or if it’s not in your hotel booking rate you will be charged this as an addition at check in. The nightly hotel rate should include a total rate which includes using the facilities as standard, for more transparent pricing. In addition if you use the hotel beach loungers you will be charged an additional $38 for an umbrella, or go without. I think this its cheap to charge hotel guest for use of sun umbrella as a hotel guest, especially considering the ‘daily resort fee’ charge."
