"Booked this hotel on Expedia when I got there. Came to know that the hotel is just booked not charged I specially specified 6 people but the room was very small and the hotel eas not cooperating to give extra bed or do something the tv in lounge was not working the hotel lobby staff was very helpful but it was not in there hand"

"Construction area at the time we stayed. We stayed for the beach and was very very close to the beach as well as Lincoln Road. It was a great location. The rooms are really cute. Please note there is a resort fee which I was not aware of. However, the resort fee does cover an umbrella and two beach chairs so that was worth it. We would stay again."

"Absolutely LOVED my stay here. Hotel is in a perfect location. Super clean! Staff was very friendly. Lobby is gorgeous. 5 stars The only little tiny thing I didn’t like was that the beach access was at the Loewes hotel down the street and the loewes hotel was not very welcoming. "The hotel was great overall. The only downside was that you only get one towel and washcloth and would have to be replaced upon request , so if you used one to wipe something up, you would need to request another. There were no phones in the rooms to contact the front desk, so any communication required a trip downstairs. Hand soap was not provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the room seemed to stay humid for some reason, causing the floors to feel damp most of the time. Aside...

"I don't mind paying extra however, to make me pay $45 a day to valet park without being able to park literally anywhere else it's highway robbery no matter where you go. Also, I like the room but I had to call twice to get someone to come up and clean my room after the assigned housekeeper came unannounced into my room while I was half naked asking to clean our room I told her to come back it was 3:30 when she came I left around 4:30 came back around 11:00 p.m. that night and the room was still...
