I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Miami, and this one stands out. I’d come back without hesitation."

"There were so many people that you had to wait in a gigantic line to even get on the elevator. And then you would be a 45 minute wait. Pool was over crowded. We ended up leaving."

"The staff is amazing, the beach views are breathtaking and I would highly recommend! Despite having some issues, the staff worked to resolve it which is why I recommend and plan to stay again! "

"Everything thing was great, except we couldn’t charge our phones in our room. Not in the lobby either. We weren’t able to charge our phones. The made it impossible to capture memories. The receptionist finally find an outlet behind the desk that could change our phones. We bought new chargers and they just wouldn’t charge in our room or the lobby. Great location. "

"If you enjoy old, dirty, poorly maintained rooms that feature used child swimsuits (and you don’t have children) with loud staff who stand around instead of assisting you and paying a premium for it, the Mondrian is spot for you! Slow service, stingy with towels, and rundown. Very disappointing. They took $300 off the bill, but no other accommodations for the conditions. Enjoy :)"
