"We really enjoyed our stay at Loews Miami Beach. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The service throughout the hotel was amazing. Everyone from the bell staff to the bartenders and indoor staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The only disappointing part of our stay was the service at the beach. My husband and I were shown to our beach beds, but after that we were pretty much ignored. We asked a few times about ordering drinks and food and were told someone would come back, but unfortunately no one ever did. What made it more frustrating was seeing guests who arrived after us being helped while the staff continued to walk past us. We eventually ended up ordering our own food and drinks from a delivery service/ Uber Eats because we couldn’t get service. That was really the only negative experience we had. Everything else about the hotel and the staff was wonderful, and we would definitely stay at Loews Miami Beach again."

"I have been to Miami several time, but this was our best stay at the Palms. The hotel is an absolute gem, nested between South and North Beach, within leafy vegetation and palm trees. The pool is wonderful and the hotel is just behind the beach with amazing loungers. The ocean view from our room was stunning, bed and pillow so comfortable, AC worked as a gem. Breakfast is delicious and there are many options for gluten and lactose free client. The staff overall is incredible, the Valet team, reception, but also the breakfast one, thank you Leo for being so wonderful, helpful and kind, Peter your omelettes are delicious! The only negative points are the bathroom which is ridiculously small, the shower pressure which is inexistent and the layout with the toilets. Overall a wonderful stay, you feel so disconnected."

"Everything was nice. Also on our last day. The bellman, Gregory was exceptional and we appreciate him for helping us with our bags in our room and loading them in the vehicle. He has great customer services. Check-in agents were amazing as well and checking in and checking out. Warm welcoming feeling, like you are at home."

"This property is beautiful and just feels special and secluded even though it is on a busy street and there is a great deal of construction going on at nearby properties-you won’t even notice-you will be transported. People remember your name and make you feel like you have been there forever. My only complaint is on the weekends, the pool spots are a hot commodity, and if you stay in the pool too long (I mean 20 minutes, they will pick up your things, even when your bag is there-my phone was in my towel and had to be found, and my sunglasses were lost in the mix). This frantic mess did not go with the rest of the vibe, and thankfully went away with the weekend rush."
