"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was poor and the staff showed little concern for their guests.
My receipt stated that I owed an additional $68 at check-in, but I was told I had to pay over $100 more because of a security deposit. I was informed that this deposit would be refunded at checkout, but I never received anything back.
To make matters worse, I emailed the manager regarding issues after my stay and have not received any response. The lack of communication and concern for customers is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others. Customers deserve better service, honesty regarding charges, and follow-up when concerns are raised."
