"Great hotel, Mike at the front desk as amazing. Room clean. Breakfast was delicious. Great location. We walked everywhere. Only needed an Uber to and from the hotel. "

"The resort was very busy with Spring Break and holidays but it was clear the hotel wasn’t staffed appropriately to support the surge. When we checked in another guest was expressing concerns that a supervisor was supposed to call her for 2 days but hadn’t. Then when I arrived to my room, I realized it was an accessible room. I called the front desk to see if we could be moved and I was told a supervisor would contact me. I never heard from them. At the beach, they overbooked the bed I was in but they eventually got it sorted out. The frozen drink machines stopped working on 2 occasions (for hours) over 4 days. Finally, they were out of pool/beach seat covers everyday and towels were sparse on 2 days. I’ve had plenty of great stays here but this time the customer service was lacking. "

"This hotel ius overpriced for for the type of motel it’s very expensive and photos are very deceptive. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty and bathrooms verte very small and had mold. very old and expensive. Very disappointing experience. I couldn’t sleep one night with the noise "

"No kitchen"

"The hotel was clean. The one front desk lady continuously rolled her eyes everytime we talked to her, she was very arrogant and rude. The property had no ice machine, we were told we had to walk next door to “taco taco” or walk to “Maxine” next door to get ice. If you wanted to use the pool you had to walk next door on either side to use those buildings pools. Our hotel room was very small. There was no mini fridge or microwave. It was a very basic room- just a bed, small dresser, tv and a bathroom. Online it’s advertised that there’s a pool and bar etc. - again you have to walk next door for any of those things. When we got to the hotel they charged an additional $136 that you don’t get back on top of the deposit, they did not disclose this until we were at hotel. "
