"Property was beautiful, front desk staff was friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, location was great for our next day departure from TIA. Disappointed that sauna was not working. Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could). "The airport is extremely close to the airport. It’s barely a three (3) minute walk from the arrival terminal to the reception of the hotel. No need to take taxi/cab, just take left when come out of the terminal. The property is certainly Best Western, an American chain of the hotels. Tea, 500 ml, and coffee is complimentary available in the room."

"Nerium Garden Inn is a perfect place to stay for the end of our wonderful trip. The entire building including the rooms were very clean and modern sleek. The staff was really so helpful with everything - even getting us to the airport at 4:00 in the morning for our early flight. "I liked the location. The room was adequate but tiny. I found two long black hairs, one on the be, one on the bathroom floor. Everything felt cramped. The bathroom door was rotted and paint peeling at the base. A member of Housekeeping entered my room without knocking while I was dressed only in my underwear. Amenities listed complimentary water; at checkout the staff member wanted to charge me. On checkout day I requested a taxi at 0300 for a 0600 departure flight. The reply said a driver...
