I liked: the hotel is gorgeous, located very close to a subway (metro) station, and close to Paseo de la Reforma. I didn't like: On our arrival, when we did the check-in, the person was not that welcoming.

The service food and drinks were spot on !!!! It’s in a good area the only complaint I would have is the tub wouldn’t hold the water to use the jets and I paid a lil extra for city view and it was not city view at all but the food is delicious here
