Hotel was modern, clean and felt like a boutique hotel with helpful and friendly staff (shout out to Alex). Room was also also modern, clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Loved Mexico City and can’t wait to return to AR 218 UNLV! "

"Dishonest staff, no management on site, ruined our one day in Mexico City. If you value your time, do not book Park Condesa by Capitalia. I booked this property for one night based on the apartment-style concept and the Condesa location. What I got was a string of failures that ruined our only day in Mexico City. Pre-booking: simple questions about transfer pricing and early check-in took 22 hours and a follow-up email to get a partial answer. My assistant ultimately had to call to get straight pricing. On arrival at 9 AM, I was told the property was "fully booked" and early check-in was impossible. I had personally verified availability the night before — 10 units were listed as available. The cleaning lady later confirmed to me directly that the property was almost entirely empty. They lied to my face on arrival. There is no manager or front-desk presence. Only a cleaner and a security guard, neither with authority to resolve anything. When I was finally allowed into the room hours later, the security guard could not figure out how to open the door and I was locked out for an extended period. Once inside, the smoke detector beeped every 30 seconds and the AC was broken. I sent a detailed email to management requesting a partial refund. They ignored it. Then sent me an automated message asking me to leave a 5-star review. Dishonest, absent operation. Avoid."

"Excellent location. Bright, clean, spacious apartment. Good communication with host. Easy check in. Just take into consideration it is located on top of a restaurant in an area with lots of movement throughout the day. It can get a little noisy, but if you keep the windows closed you can hardly hear anything from the street. There is no daily housekeeping and no A/C, I was there during a cool month, but that could be an issue during the warmer months. Overall a pleasant experience, I would definitely be back next time in Mexico City. "

"Would not recommend. The noise level was unbearable! thin walls, slamming doors, and you could literally hear the person next door having a full conversation. Zero restful sleep. The bed was okay but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The concierge was also unhelpful when needed. Very disappointing stay. There are much better 5 star hotels in CDMX worth your money."

"I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Mexico City. Not only did they go above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable they offered recommendations, helped book reservations and help find tours, etc. Joshua was EXTREMELY helpful and so responsive. Everything I needed I felt I could count on him. I am a very picky traveller and this place hit all the spots! The restaurant is amazing too! "

"Location is amazing. Room was big and view amazing. It is an old building that you can't see well from pictures but it is fine. Shops and restaurants very close. Kitchen is Ok and could cook, brew coffee. I would recommend them to have salt and sugar in the rooms or for selling downstairs. Would come back"
