I would like to say viewing wise it was lovely but getting into the nitty gritty, staff were super friendly and attentive, hot water when you showered and although I didn’t use the kitchen it was fully supplied with utensils, such as spoons plates, pots, etc. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was, staining on sheets, holes in the towels, one out of the two heaters didn’t work, and TV didn’t work. I don’t know if it was due to batteries or bad signal between the remote and tv. But over all a nice place if I could it would be a 3.5 star review

Highly recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and comfort. Walking distance to all the best Michelin guide restaurants. Deluxe room with roof terrace has amazing views of the city! Can't wait to come back.

Overall amazing stay. We stayed on the 1st floor with the big balcony. Great atmosphere and good location. Rooms are new and amazing and big. Great shower. Highly recommended. Next to lots of shops anda big supermarket that stays open late.

Great Location and Stay

The stay was great and location is top notch.. The only drawback is that we could not get any of the TV's to work. We really did not use them so it was not a big deal but at some points we did not want to use.

On the weekends at night it can be quite loud but other than that I loved this place right in the center of CDMX and walkable to tourist attractions & cafes. One note: there is no full length mirror in the hotel

The staff was great and kept open communication. There were a lot of great restaurants, bars, etc. within walking distance which was great. Our showers kept running out of hot water and one had peeling paint. Other than that everything was great!

We stayed in a beautiful Deluxe apartment that had its own roof top Terrace with amazing views of the city! The area is perfect and is a 20min uber from everywhere you want to visit in the city. The Vibe in this Area is super chill during the day with lots of Cafe’s and really comes to life at night with pubs bars and live music all within a 1-5min walk ! A

The security guards were extremely friendly every time we saw them when leaving and returning from the property. The entrance and elevator always smelled great. Our apartment was great and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great filled with great places to eat and walkable.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Upon entering the property we were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was inviting and clean. The only thing is that our room overlooked a busy street. As another reviewer mentioned the noise of the street was noticeable, so if you're a light sleeper this could be bothersome. We only stayed a few hours from 5am until noon since this was a temporary room for us, so I don't know how much noise from the street there would be at night. Overall a great place to stay and I would stay again.

Everything was great but it was too noisy due to you can hear the traffic very loud. Couldn’t sleep that well because of it. Other than that, it was a very nice and clean apartment. I would definitely stay again if they can seal the noise out somehow so we can sleep. I do recommend it.

Beautiful Stay in Roma

Exceptionally clean and spacious stay in Roma- walking distance to all major restaurants and bars of Roma and Condesa neighborhoods. Coffee shops and stores close by should you need anything. Great security and easy check-in and check-out, opportunity to store bags as well. Only con: There is a rooftop club close by- and on the weekends the music from club was very loud. If you are a night owl and planning to be out late on Friday/Saturday then this isn't an issue (or if you are there during the week), but if you are looking to get some sleep- expect loud music until 2/3 AM on Friday and Saturday

The person who greeted us was very friendly, however the property itself was underwhelming. The property wasn’t very clean. We booked a two night stay and we were traveling with kids. It just felt grimy and not cleaned thoroughly. The seats of the dining chairs had so many stains. The bathrooms were dirty and the water in one of the bathroom showers never got warm. It was steadily cold. If you want the space and don’t care about cleanliness, then this property may work for you. It is noisy, but it didn’t bother us as much as the overall cleanliness of the place. Would not stay here again.

The property was amazing check in process was super easy the people there are amazing Priscilla was great the only thing if we had to complain about something which wasn't that big a deal for us was there is a club Behind the building they can get pretty loud for some folks I guess but we use the air conditioner in the apartment that was provided and kind of drowned out all the noise coming from outside but other than that this place is fantastic perfect location and you come to the city to walk around and see things so this is right in the center of everything you want to see and do restaurants are nearby bars and nightlife is nearby sightseeing attractions are walkable everything about this place was awesome especially the people will absolutely stay there again and recommend very highly

This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of the bustling Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods. It’s a no-frills apartment with all the essentials you’d expect, making it a convenient home base. But the real highlight? The rooftop! We spent a lot of time up there, soaking in the sunrise and sunset, and unwinding after long days of exploring. A couple of things to note—hot water in the shower was quite inconsistent, so if you’re someone who showers frequently, this might be frustrating. Also, the vibrant nightlife of Roma Norte is right behind the building, which means weekends can be very loud all night—something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. That said, the area felt safe, and the staff was very friendly. Huge thanks to Pricila for coordinating everything so smoothly!

Great quality for price

The location and the facilities are great and they offer a great balance between convenience, size, and location. It’s very well connected to main transportation services and near to the Condesa and Roma areas, which are trendy and upcoming. The downsize is that communication is not great. Upon arrival the room wasn’t ready even though I was there at the time specified for check-in. In addition, you need to leave your official ID in order to get a key to the room, which I found excessive due to security and identity theft concerns. Otherwise you need to pay 500 pesos as a security deposit to get a key to the room. I believe this should be made clear in advance. Still with these downsides, I would recommend this place as they are really comfortable and well sized.

Great stay with my 2 pups

We really enjoyed our stay. Specially because we rented the condo with the private rooftop patio, that was a great choice. It had a greta view specially for sunset, so it was a good way to relax at the end of the day. Another thing we loved was that this was a pet friendly unit, and we travelled with 2 well-behaved medium size dogs. The location is ideal close to restaurants in Roma Norte and a bloc away from Condesa, where there is a huge park with 2 dog parks. The unit was clean and well kept, the bed was king size and comfortable with a walk in closet. The kitchen was small and had the essentials. We honestly only had coffee and some cold drinks in the fridge as we ate out every day. The plants in the rooftop needed a watering, so I gave them a little water while i was there. Hoping they make it to next rainfall. The decor and wallpapers are chic, and place does look like the pictures. They have a security guard 24 hours, and a small elevator . I would definitely stay back, Im considering a longer stay . Hopefully a month next time. Be aware there is no AC. However, there is a nice breeze in the evening. If you have allergies or bothered by CDMX air quality, that could be an issue. Weekends can be a bit noisy as you can hear the nearby clubs music , but nothing a pair of earplugs cant fix

I read numerous reviews which praised many aspects of the staff and facilities. I would agree with most of those positive reviews. I chose this hotel because I was as familiar with the area and it is extremely walkable. My only reservation was mainly because I didn’t read carefully enough about the services offered. Because I had stayed at a similar hotel less than two blocks away I assumed that both offered daily cleaning/maid services. I should not have made that assumption. This hotel only cleans once a week. If you are staying a week or less you have to do your own cleaning. Again I must stress that the hotel never offered daily cleaning I just made a mistaken assumption. Live and learn.
