Nice appartment, noisy location

The appartments looks pretty nice and the view is great. Do take into consideration that there's a noisy street closeby, so bring some earplugs.

Not a smooth check in

Had a bit of trouble getting the passcode, but the guidance provided was timely and helpful. The check-in process wasn’t the smoothest. Also, there was no air conditioning, which was a drawback.

Feels like home!

Amazing location. Center of everything. Although it does get noisy at night but we slept through it pretty well. The security guards are very nice, made us feel like home. The only thing is communication, which takes a bit of time to hear back

I’m not sure I would use hotels.com again!

Location is great. The apartment was not clean at all. We found hair on shower wall, on beds and the floor was not swept or mop. Also, the towels were old and bed covers, too.

The area the unit is located in is very walkable, and has really great nightlife. I stayed out late, so that was convenient. If I wanted tranquility, this would not be the place. Kudos for having ear plugs bedside. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed to cook in unit. HUGE closet. The design element was really cool. There was normal wear and tear in the apartment. The biggest complaint was the AC unit was a little unit that could not keep up with the space. The temps were higher than average and the space was up to 87 degrees at peak day.

Awesome place. Great location, very comfortable. Only two downsides: 1. The air conditioner is very loud and obtrusive. 2. There’s a extremely loud nightclub right outside the window that parties all night, but the air conditioner drowns out most of that noise.

I recently stayed and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the space itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious — definitely one of the more stylish places I’ve stayed in for this price range. It had a modern feel and plenty of room to spread out and relax. However, cleanliness was an issue. The unit didn't feel thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, with noticeable dust and some areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. Additionally, the noise level was a major downside. There’s a club or bar right outside, and the music and crowd noise went late into the night, making it really difficult to sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper or planning to go out and enjoy the nightlife yourself, this might not bother you. But if you’re looking for a quiet, restful stay, you might want to consider other options. The potential is there, but the noise and cleanliness need to be addressed.

Air conditioning was broke. Over 90 degrees in the room. They did nothing and did not move me. Eventually left and paid for another room Tried to get a refund but their customer service kept blathering about protocol. A hard no.

The place gets very, very hot because there’s no air conditioning (just a small portable unit that barely does the work) or ceiling fans. The apt is too dark with poor lighting. Towels were old and thin. I would not stay here again.

El departamento es muy bonito con todo lo que necesitas, la zona muy turística y cerca de las cosas más famosas de la ciudad y también de una calle de bares por lo que hay mucho ruido hasta la madrugada. Éramos 4 huéspedes y sólo había 2 toallas, el check in se hace electrónico lo que a mí me parece incómodo, y en la recepción lo debes hacer de nuevo y aunque está en una calle muy transitada no puedes estacionar ni un minuto antes de la hora del check in. Para tomar en cuenta si vas en auto. El check out tampoco fue gentil.

La propiedad es perfecta, tiene todas las comodidades, es linda y limpia, sin embargo el nivel de ruido durante la noche y madrugada es demasiado. No es un lugar donde se pueda descansar, dormir antes de las 2:00 am -3:00 am, aun con los tapones de oídos que dejan al lado de la cama, es imposible!

En general las condiciones del apartamento son bastante buenas, pero está ubicado justo diagonal de unos bares y discotecas, y por las noches no es nada cómodo dormir con la música con el volumen muy alto.

DO NOT BOOK- this place advertises AC and it does not work! If you try to contact them there will no response. It’s a big apartment with a Portable AC that doesn’t work… the temperature inside reached 85/29C, even with curtains drawn and the place being pitch dark we couldn’t bring the temperature down. The lady at the lobby is rude if you try to book a time to go to pool.. cause you have to make a reservation 24hrs in advance to use it lol. They said if there was availability at the pool they could accommodate, we asked nicely at 11am and she rolled her eyes pulled a list that had ONE name, she said we could use it at 7pm. This place is a joke! So many other beautiful places in Mexico City to stay, I recommend you stay far away from here if you enjoy comfort and bare minimum customer service. We had booked 4 nights and left after the first one.

El baño estaba sucio. Tasa pequeña incómoda y llena de sarro y manchas. Colchón manchado con fluidos humanos. Tenía un protector de hule súper incómodo. NO HAY aire acondicionado. Insoportable el calor. Está rodeado de bares y el ruido en la noche hasta las 3-4 am La cama hace ruido cada vez que te mueves. Despiertas a tu pareja solo por moverte un poco. No hay front desk. Guardia hostil. No te cuidan tus maletas. Solo 3 toallas para 2 perronas 4 días La comunicación con el administrador es lenta he ineficiente. No resuelven NADA
