The people that work in the building are super nice. They really make you feel at home. However, I’d say the property needs work in terms of decoration, furniture, cleanliness of the windows. And also the staff from Kukun was not useful or available at all.

Very nice, very clean and spacious. convenient for transportation and plenty of places around to eat. The only negative was it was a bit warm when we visited Mexico City and the AC unit is not rated to cool that big of space. It can also be a bit noisy too if the windows stay open to cool the place. But overall was satisfied with my stay.

Our apartment was amazing! Central location, great for a couple or a small family. Zona Rosa is a party area, so the markets and food was open late! It got a little noisy at night but we didn’t mind, we loved our stay here!

It was amazing place. There was noise at night from the street but it felt we were traveling and easy to access to restaurant and street food at night. Felt safe when walking the street next the apartment at night. Overall we enjoyed very much.

This property was in a great location and I had high expectations for this stay. The unit itself is very unique and nice. When I arrived at the property, the portable A/C unit was off and the temperature in the room was 36C and did not go lower than 28C the next day. I had to look for another property because of these conditions.

The appartments looks pretty nice and the view is great. Do take into consideration that there's a noisy street closeby, so bring some earplugs.

The area the unit is located in is very walkable, and has really great nightlife. I stayed out late, so that was convenient. If I wanted tranquility, this would not be the place. Kudos for having ear plugs bedside. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed to cook in unit. HUGE closet. The design element was really cool. There was normal wear and tear in the apartment. The biggest complaint was the AC unit was a little unit that could not keep up with the space. The temps were higher than average and the space was up to 87 degrees at peak day.

I’m not sure I would use hotels.com again!

Location is great. The apartment was not clean at all. We found hair on shower wall, on beds and the floor was not swept or mop. Also, the towels were old and bed covers, too.

I recently stayed and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the space itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious — definitely one of the more stylish places I’ve stayed in for this price range. It had a modern feel and plenty of room to spread out and relax. However, cleanliness was an issue. The unit didn't feel thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, with noticeable dust and some areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. Additionally, the noise level was a major downside. There’s a club or bar right outside, and the music and crowd noise went late into the night, making it really difficult to sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper or planning to go out and enjoy the nightlife yourself, this might not bother you. But if you’re looking for a quiet, restful stay, you might want to consider other options. The potential is there, but the noise and cleanliness need to be addressed.

Awesome place. Great location, very comfortable. Only two downsides: 1. The air conditioner is very loud and obtrusive. 2. There’s a extremely loud nightclub right outside the window that parties all night, but the air conditioner drowns out most of that noise.

Great location super close to Angel de la Independencia. It was clean and comfortable. Down below you have bars and nightclubs that didn't bother me. Check-in says the latest is 8pm but there are posters 24/7.

Great location, pretty room and helpful staff. However the water was cold -staff allowed us to use another room to shower- and the area is very noisy at night. Says to wait 5 minutes for the water to fully heat up, don’t. From the second it’s mildly warm you have about 5 minutes before it goes cold.

Loved the central location to everything like FOOD (everywhere), CULTURE (short uber to anywhere), SHOPPING ( many local vendors) and NIGHTLIFE all within a 5-10min walking distance. Now the Accommodations: (deluxe apartment) was really good, fast WiFi, huge HDTV, fully functional kitchen, bed comfortable and the amenities were like at home so very nice. The only negative (depending on season of your visit) is that my unit didn’t have central air and had only ONE portable a/c for the entire cooling. Apartment never dipping under 71’ degrees and ran 4 1/2 days straight never shutting off. So if it was the dead of summer? I can only imagine that would not be possible to keep apartment temperature comfortable. Besides that, stay was wonderful and would stay again as well as recommend.

It looks nice but unfortunately …

I had high hopes for this appart-hotel as the flat itself was very nice and clean, with modern decor. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall. First of all, there’s no air conditioning — which would be fine if it weren’t so warm inside. Instead, they provide a fan that not only doesn’t help much but also makes quite a bit of noise, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the surroundings are a bit noisy too. Communication was for me the major issue. There is no real reception — it’s all virtual. I tried to reach them via phone and through the Expedia messaging system, but got no response. Only later did I find out that they’re only reachable via WhatsApp, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere clearly. Even then, they weren’t very helpful, they couldn’t even find my reservation with my name, reservation preference and apartment number— mostly just sent apologies but didn’t actually resolve anything since I was seeking for a simple they use, or switched to an order apartment without waiting time, but it was impossible while they have a plenty of availabilities. Overall, this place could have potential, but the lack of proper communication, no airco, and the uncomfortable sleeping conditions made it a frustrating experience.

The place was clean and modern, the neighborhood is pretty fun but pretty loud, so if you are a light sleeper it’s not for you. We really liked the area and the room but we didn’t have heater and it was couple of chilliest nights in cdmx, we told the owner and they said they will send someone, first night no one showed up,second day the hot water was gone too, we told them and this time they sent someone. He tried to fix it but the whole power went out, so he said the problem is with the heater, if we turn it on the whole fuze is gone,so they fixed hot water but told us that they will fix the heater after we leave since they need more time (dah!) So we ended up staying there for 3 nights no heater. We slept with our warm clothes and it was tolerable but i don’t think this is the way to handle such an issue. Either you had to change our room or at least give us a discount or something for not being able to fix YOUR issue.
