I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.

The room was a basic but fit our needs. It was clean and the staff was really friendly. They provided a fresh bottle of water which was great since we checked in late and were too tired to buy water at a convenience store. The hotel is located near most tourist spots and the neighborhood is generally safe. Just be aware that you can hear the honking of traffic during rush hour so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

A perfect hotel in CDMX location, a lot of walkable tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and public transportation. The staff was very helpful and they even stored our luggage for us a few hours after checkout. The front desk was very attentive to anything that was needed. Definitely will be staying here again.

Convenient location and friendly staff. But clearly not maintained properly. Everything looks like it has not been looked after for many years (towel hangers starting to come off the wall, crooked lamp shades and wall artwork, tired looking sofas with baked dust on them, dusty books and crannies).

Our stay was very nice. No complaints on the room or the building/ area. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the front desk staff. One gentleman in particular was very off-putting. We were already checked in and my sister arrived from the airport with her 2 small girls asleep. 1 in the stroller and another over her shoulder. Her check in was at 12 and it was 8 am. She had previously been told earlier check-in wasn't a problem but when she arrived this man told her she'd have to wait. I told her to wait in our room, which has a living sitting area. He said she wasn't allowed up until check in and that she'd have to wait in the lobby or elsewhere until checkin. I asked if at least the sleeping childing could come up and he was hesitant before finally allowing me to take them upstairs. I took them up and came down to keep my sister company when the guy said there was actually a room available. I'm certain he was looking to get some under the table cash and was willing to let my nieces suffer until he got his way.

Extremely inexpensive and great value for the money. Good place for getting around. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you need AC or a cooler environment, this place might be a challenge for you. The split fan worked well in the bedroom area; however, it wasn't strong enough for the entire living space. I recommend that you ask for an interior room as the street noise was present even on the third floor. Overall, a bargain and with great service.

4.5 stars is probably an honest rating. I stayed here a week and it was perfectly adequate, not amazing but not bad. The pros, the aqueduct was the view out our window, staff were friendly, cleaners were excellent and left bottled water every time they came through. The location is the best you can get and its easy access to the metro and rapid bus and in the centre of everything. The cons were minor, I couldn’t pay for my full stay using their POS terminal with any of my three credits cards even though they worked elsewhere (maybe I’ll just opt to pay though Expedia next time). However, the staff was flexible and I ended up paying for a couple nights at a time. I was traveling with kids so booked a suite so I could do things in the other room while they were in bed, but it’s not a true suite just a larger room with a four foot high divider, so when they went to bed the lights needed to go off. The AC sometimes didn’t work and we have no idea why. There is a gym shown in the pics but it’s actually in the other property. Also as said in other reviews, because of the odd naming Ubers never drop you off in the right place, but it’s around the corner so a minor inconvenience. The showers had good water pressure but was oddly laid out so it was hard not to flood the bathroom. Overall I would recommend staying here as the pros outweigh the cons.

:conveniently situated, very clean and spacious room. However, amenities/facilities were outrageously dated and even absent. A 32-inch plasma TV offers Spanish-only channels; a mini bar is not available; there is no access to hot water for morning coffee/tea; and renovation work was ongoing next door from my day one check-in until day 5. Not a pleasant experience. At the very least, get your guests a small smart TV, so we can use our own Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube accounts to watch a program in our chosen language before bedtime. Soundproofing was poorly made. My sleep was cut into pieces by footsteps on the corridor and mortorcyclesand cars. Too annoying! However, a favourable rating is still given because of its convenient location.
