Average hotel, fair for low budget, cleaningness excellent; great location for closeness to highlights in the city. Hotel lacks commodeties such as: no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby; no refrigerator, no hand towels, no iron, no restaurant.

Found stray hairs and a blood stain on bed sheets, similar to what another person commented. Had the employee change the sheets. It was a bit pricey for what was offered.

1.- La persona que nos recibió muy prepotente, nos quería hacer el cobro completo de nuevo y cuando le mostré el recibo quería cobrarnos más. 2.- Mucho ruido, apestaba demasiado a marihuana, las demás personas no respetaban que era de madrugada. 3.- la habitación es muy pequeña y la alfombra huele mal, la puerta no abría con la llave que nos dieron, teníamos que pedir que nos abrieran la puerta y esperar a que fueran cada vez que salíamos. 4.- El internet pésimo. La televisión que estaba era S-Mart TV pero bloqueada para que no se conectara al internet osea que estaba ahí deoquis. En resumen jamás volvería a este hotel y pensaría mas para reservar por este medio porque decía que incluía desayuno y no había nada de esto.

El servicio del hotel bien,el único inconveniente fue que los huéspedes de a lado nos despertaron temprano ya que se estaban peleando y los gritos se escuchaban hasta nuestra habitación

Solo estuve una noche, pero está muy cómodo tienes a 3 min caminando el monumento a la revolución. Y varios restaurantes y bares de buen ver en el camino y cercanos al hotel. La habitación estaba limpia y los blancos impecables, la única medio queja es que la TV no es smart y solo tienes una especie de cable sin posibilidad de ver YouTube o alguna plataforma de streaming pero realmente es mínimo.

Excelente ubicación

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en ese hotel, su ubicación es genial, que se puede ir caminando al centro o por toda reforma, muchos comercios cerca. Lo malo, en esta ocasión nos toco en planta baja y habia un poco de ruido interno y externo, de ahi, en fuera excelente atención.

Esta bien pero no dejaron papel higiénico un día. La ubicación es buena cerca de todo un poco solo por la noche. Huéspedes si llevan niños controlenlos que no anden corriendo y gritando por los pasillos recuerden que hay más gente dormida, así como en la noche respeten la hora no estén en la madrugada gritando
