Checked on after 3pm still had to wait for room as it wasnt ready. Very hard pillows. Lots of long hair on the sheets, we have short hair so it wasnt ours. Towels were like sandpaper. Not enjoyable at all.

I booked 3 nights as this was the closest to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. On arrival my booking was denied and I was told to go away. I persisted and showed my booking on my phone. Backwards and forwards for over an hour, trying to convince reception. Whilst waiting in the tiny lobby many young couples came to the window to try and obtain a room to be told hotel full. One of the couples tried twice again within an hour. Eventually my persistence paid off and reluctantly I was granted a room. However, it was at rates of their choosing, more than my web booking. I was told to take it or leave it and with nowhere to go had to accept the extra cost. When I got to my room, I was in for a greater shock as the wall behind the bed was garishly painted with the the word "Passion" in many different languages and added were big red lips here and there. The lips seemed a theme and appeared all over the hotel. On my bedside table was a complimentary condom! There was no wardrobe only a hanger attached to wall with three coat hooks. When I checked the internal website ( QR code on bedside table ) I discovered that rooms could be booked for 4 hour periods with longest period being one overnight stay. Hence no need for wardrobes, as no doubt clothes stayed where they landed. From the website the hotel supplied all kinds of outfits, lubricants, contraceptives and much more. Also, my room was never cleaned during my stay.

They steal more than 7000 US $$ on my cards after I left the hotel . I left the hotel at 5 Am on November 23 i went to another city,on 24 I bought something for 25 $$ on my cards both got declined, I only used them to pay for food and the hotel room.when I called one of my bank they informed me the same day I left the hotel; there were 42 orders placed on AliExpress on my master card which I didn’t make. And I m still calling the second bank to lock my Visa card. Believe me I have an idea who stole the card information. Because the first day when I got to the hotel the young lady took the card place it on the front desk trying to make the payment it turned it just thanks a glance i think they record my card with the camera at the desk without my knowledge.. ladronnnnn ladronnnn ladronnnn

The close proximity to the Basilica was a plus, at nights it was noisy and there was no room cleaning service unless you asked. Stayed 4 nights 5 days, they only cleaned the room oubce and only because we asked.

El hotel muy bien

En el hotel está muy bien buena atencio incluso con el gerente. Lo único malo fue la aplicación Hoteles.com. no colocaron la fecha correcta en el hotel incluso me enviaron un correo con la fecha correcta pero el hotel no la tenía hasta una semana después. Aún así el gerente me dejó hospedarme. Pues ya estaba pagado. La mala experiencia fue con Hoteles.com no son serios en su trabajo tengan cuidado con esta aplicación.
