Air conditioning was great room was nice. Room service was amazing. The staff were all super friendly 10/10 I would definitely recommend staying here I was super close to a lot of restaurants el OXXO was right at the corner very safe area lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops.

I thought it was an excellent value . Really well located, but not in the super touristy area of Reforma. Nice spacious room and bath, very well appointed. A little noisy from the outside, but that is the area it’s in. All in all, if you want to be near everything and not in some American oriented hotel, this is an excellent choice.

In a greatly accessible part of town across the street from the metro, restaurants and street food. Room was modern and super clean. Very quiet at night with amazing views. We chose the smaller bed which is the only change I would make next time; still very comfortable.

The room seemed clean but my husband told me he had found some hairs on his bed sheets. The location was excellent, very close to a lot of attractions. The price was reasonable for what we got. The staff was amazing, very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was a good size, staff at front desk were a bit rude. I informed the staff about the shower in my room leaking water causing the bathroom floor to flood every time it turned on. We weren’t offered to change rooms but were given towels to put on the floor. Construction was being done the whole time during our stay and was very noisy. Other than that, the place was very clean & located near lots of shops and restaurants!

Hotel was in a really great area with close access to the Metrobus and a short walk away from the Insurgentes Metro station. Lots of fun things and restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and were willing to indulge my terrible Spanish. The gym was lackluster, but ultimately useful. My only real complaint was the bird droppings and feathers all over the balcony that made it not worth spending a lot of time out there; but hey, that’s outside, where birds live. It seems like a weird thing to complain about. We did try to flip the outside seat cushions to use for seating, only to find more bird droppings on the other side, though. All in all, I’d definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for 5 nights.it was in a great location but because of that it was very noisy. The horns honked constantly and was only a few block from the hospital so ambulences snd police siren were non stop. The staff was great but we did find that the floors weren't very clean. If you showered and walked across the room your feet were dirty. Other than those items the hotel was great.
