"I had a great stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back. The room was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention; they did such a wonderful job keeping the room spotless throughout my stay.
All of the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary juices available downstairs. It was such a nice little touch. And the free late checkout!
The only minor drawbacks were that the jacuzzi wasn't working during my stay, and I personally would have preferred an outdoor pool rather than the indoor pool.
Aside from those small things, everything was fantastic. The location is excellent, the service was wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. **I can't wait to come back to Penang and stay here again!**"
