The staff barely understands English.The front desk isn't attended to. Breakfast was pretty decent. They claim to have restaurant service all day but the cook is MIA. The hotel in itself is nice and clean, however There's a strong fish order in the hotel because there's a fish market behind the hotel. The neighborhood is ghetto and dirty. I wouldn't go out at night. We got 1 small bottle of water. I asked if I could get another bottle and she said NO but pointed me to a water dispenser. Daniel, however was GREAT and helpful. He's over qualified to be there. We stayed only one night and quickly checked out to go to the courtyard Marriott at the airport. Service and amenities were next level top tier with plenty of bottled water and English speaking staff. Saul was outstanding
