Crapy showers

I checked in and there was a guy that was like your gate guard you are not allowed guest or allowed to eat in your room. There is no safe for your valuables and if you like showers like I do this is not for you the shower is more like a mist spray it was so bad that I had to rent a different hotel because I was not able to shower there. I highly recommend hotel plaza Florencia the rooms are bigger and water pressure is awesome and housekeeping is amazing. So do yourself a favor and don’t use casa rafealla save your money and go to hotel of it’s better rates and service and it’s right around the corner with and amazing coffee shop

Creo que en general estuvo bien pero necesitan mejorar la calidad de las almohadas, las mias se notaban que estaban viejas... y eso da mal aspecto... el internet me fayó en mi habitación, la puerta del baño estaba en mal estado. Son cosas que pueden mejorar pero en general me agrado la zona a pesar del ruido pero ya sabia que iba a estar asi por la zona.

Creo que lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, la habitación es confortable y limpia, no funcionó internet ni la TV durante toda la instancia lo cual es bastante inconveniente.

La habitación cumple con su función, solo no me gusto que en el baño habia mojo negro en la regadera. La persona que nos recibio fue muy amable, muy atento; sin embargo la persona que nos despidio amenazo a mi hija con sacar las cosas del cuarto a las 12:05pm si no habiamos entregado la habitación a las 12pm. Me parecio de mal gusto que le hablara asi a una jovencita que ni siquiera era la responsable de la habitación.

Todo estuvo excelente a excepción de la atención última de la señorita de recepción. (El caballero de recepción y las chicas de limpieza, muy buen servicio) Al salir pedí apoyo con mi maleta ya que era de 25kg y mi habitación la 10. La señorita de recepción sin soltar el teléfono en una llamada personal en ningún momento solo me dijo que nadie podía ayudarme. Pese a que vio que estaba batallando demasiado no se acomidio ni en las últimas escaleras a recibirla. Tampoco soltó su llamada, hasta tuve que enterarme de que planeaba una fiesta. Entiendo que las dos somos mujeres y es pesado, pero tampoco me ofreció una opción como esperar a los meseros del restaurante (que también fueron muy amables y prácticamente entraron cuando yo estaba abajo y antes de mi check out). Pude dejar propina a limpieza más no al guardia, si pudieran indicarme como agregar un extra, les agradezco. Fuera de este inconveniente, y que el agua caliente sale más tibia que caliente. todo perfecto 🙏

Great location, friendly and unobtrusive staff, especially the female security guard. Room was clean and bright. Great shower and bathroom. Beds were SUPER comfy and linens were spotless. Despite location on busy street, it was quiet at night. A fan was provided but I Would have liked to have had AC. Also suggest providing a source for potable water in each floor— two small bottles were in the room at check-in but never replaced. All in all would definitely stay here again, good value for price.

Por el precio es una gran opción para estar lo más cerca del angel de la independencia, en mi caso me funciono muy bien porque iba a la embajada, el lugar es lindo, limpio y acogedor, solo que si sufres mucho con el calor tal vez está no sea tu mejor opción, si bien hay un ventilador pero se encierra el calor, por lo demás yo estuve muy feliz en mi estancia

The room is nice and clean. The problem with this unit is the building. Is a 4 floor apartment and not elevator. The high room number you get the highest floor you gonna go up. Plus no AC in room and the only fan is speed broken. Just make sure you know the details before you ge it.
