The staff was helpful . Location is Preety good . Just not the most comfortable beds . Not the greatest but for the price and location it's ok that's why I gave 4 stars
Location great. Kind staff. Quiet neighborhood. My bed was a bit hard, is prob my only discontent. Other than that, it was diff from my usual hotel stays. Theres no AC. Wifi kept going out. Glad I speak Spanish, so I was ok watching their regular tv channels. Oh, check in is 4pm, not 3pm.
Easily walkable to several restaurants and sites nearby. Held our luggage after check out for no charge. Answered any questions we had. They did give us the wrong information on the Day of the Dead parade and we missed it as a result. Other than that, no issues. Check in was super easy.
The location is amazing and the hosts were attentive and kind. A short walk to market with many restaurant options, museums and everything that makes Coyoacán so charming. I would definitely stay here in the future. Loved hotel calle Berlín and Coyoacán.
Super appreciated a kindness caring service. Accomplishing the hospitality service provided with professionalism, neatness, honesty and safety standards 🙏
The hostel is located on a very nice quiet street and area, yet you can reach many things quickly on foot. You have privacy. Very nice and polite people. A nice room with a small kitchen and a bathroom.Highly recommended.
So welcoming and helpful! I arrived way too early and was allowed an early check in with a room upgrade, my room was so comfortable and the view was wonderful. Absolutely loved the area, walking distance to Frida Kahlo's house as well as to the market and restaurants. I spent a wonderful day and evening here!
Ultimately I feel like this property is erroneously called a hotel, it really is more like a rooming house. My husband and I stayed in room 8 for nine nights, during which we were not comfortable. The pillows were lumpy and the mattress sagged in the middle, while the bedframe itself noisily bounced against the wall with any slight movement. The bathroom had no surface to put things like toothbrush/toothpaste, but did have 2 large spiders and a drain in the middle of the floor giving a mildew scent to the room. That being said, I loved the double French doors on either side of the room that let in a lot of light. The staff were very responsive and friendly, and I appreciated the drinking water they made available.
We stay for 7 days. The place is nice decorated we stay at the pink room.
Staff is helpful when you ask for things but they need to realize guess needs before we ask.
I had to ask for soap refill even when the room was cleaned the house keeper didn’t fill it up. Next day I asked a lady and she did it happily.
The towels weren’t change and something that annoyed me was there wasn’t a towel for the floor.
We use a hand towel when exiting the shower. It was floor and the house keeper put is back several days on the place of the hand towels of course was visible dirty.
When I asked for new towels the brought new ones.
The place was cold some nights because our stay in December I asked for extra blankets and they did have them to us.
The last 3 days of our stay was very noisy with guess allow to hang out on the roof.
We weren’t baker to have a good sleep.
Casa Berlín is walkable and very close to the Frida Khalo Museum. The streets are beautiful and safe (a lot of private security).
My favorite part of the trip was walking Coyoacán in the mornings.
We found a good vegan restaurant with Mexican food we highly recommend.
Very nice place, worth slurging a bit for a room with a view, great rooftop deck, quiet and nice part of town, great for walking and good food and parks nearby, would like to go back.
The cost performance of this hotel is excellent. The interior is well thought after and elegant. The workers there are all very helpful and take care of the guests without any effort.
Beautiful place to stay! I was there over Christmas eve and it was a little noisy, but fine if you have ear plugs. Great location for Coyoacán! Good places to eat that weren’t too far of a walk
