First day we had no AC but staff was willing to accommodate, after that it was fine. For Mexico this was a good hotel. Loved the pool. Restaurant food was good and good choices. Water available throughout.

Staff was really nice and always ready to help and make my stay a pleasant experience. Water shouldn't be charge to customers, because that is something everyone needs to survive in life. That would be the only issue I got from this amazing hotel.

We love this hotel. It's friendly, warm, clean, and the staff are helpful. But, one of the main reasons we visit this hotel is the beautiful warm clean swimming pool, and the hotel now decides not to heat the pool. It's cold. Not tepid, or lukewarm, but cold. Uncomfortably cold. I could barely swim 2 lengths before I had to get out. I informed reception and they explained the hotel does not heat the pool any more! What an absolute shame. We'll be staying at alternative hotels in the future.

Quick easy checkin. Treadmills were modern and clean. Worked fine. Excellent dining in the restaurant (ribeye and salmon steak). No complaints. Pool was nice and warm, if a little busy tonight.

This hotel is very peaceful and friendly, perfect for a weekend getaway. The pool is clean and warm, and the food is excellent. We particularly enjoyed the ribeye steak and grilled salmon. The serrano ham was delicious too, and freshly cut in front of guests in the restaurant. The only minor downside is a missing coffee machine in the room, and we saw a few minor things that could use some fixing (towel hooks, door locks, a blind that couldn't be fully lowered). As a regular visitor to this hotel, I very much hope they give the place a bit of TLC to get it back to tip top condition. Definitely a great place to visit.

The front desk was outstanding the way they solved the issues with maintaining a functional toom. One room was leaking through the wi dow when it raiined, the ither room lock dis not worked, the third riom was warm because ACis programmed to stop working after certain hours and just cool air was coming out. The first room was excellent with AC. The service was outstanding and the fastest in responding too so I was very satisfied but please ipdate the lighting bulbs in the bedroom. Ine bulb is okd LEDs which generate a lot if heat too. Again wonderful staff and courteous . I will stay again there.

Santa Fe area is very nice but everything area walking distance of hotel closes at 8 pm. Even Starbucks. Uber is very difficult to get within 15 minutes. Most important the WiFi service is very slow.
