"A lovely property, great rooms and communal areas. I love the idea that it operated as almost self catering, without traditional hotel services. It was calm and quiet, very relaxing stay, would definitely come again. Fantastic little village and beach within walking distance."
"Lovely and quiet hotel with great sea view. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very friendly! Some interior and the outdoor pool area could be more modern, in my opinion. Firstly, a credit to the staff, all of whom were fantastically polite and personable, providing simply great service.
The vintage lift was a unique joy with the communal areas continuing the slightly nostalgic theme.
The bar and dining vibe was relaxed, quiet and combined with great food and attentive staff made for a relaxed breakfast, evening drinks and dinner. Incidentally, dining provides for great views over the harbour.

"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "
