"Very clean and new. Roomy and comfy bedding. Good size refrigerator and planty og parking. We didn’t eat the hotel breakfast nor use the gym /pool, so no comment on that. Definitely one of the nicest Hilton Home2suites I had stayed."

Only a couple of minor things, floor lamp fixture loose out of socket, a good deal of scratches on a nightstand and toilet was loose between base and floor. Otherwise a great value with a nice breakfast buffet and coffee throughout the day, maybe consider a size increase for the TV’s as 32” is a bit small. "

"The lodge is charming and well maintained for its age. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. They offered a full buffet and the seating overlooked the grounds. We visited the tower at night. It was a little creepy, but the views were worth it. The room was small and cozy. We enjoyed our first stay in Cloudcroft. "
