"When I checked in on Friday afternoon, I asked the customer checkin person if there was going to be live music that night. He said yes. I also asked him if I could extend my stay by one day. He said the hotel was full for Saturday night. As it turned out, there was no music. Also, the hotel was not full for Saturday night; I checked on-line to learn there were still rooms available for Saturday night. Just incredibly lazy responses that cost the hotel another night from me."

"We had a room overlooking the beach! Our room was very comfortable. Amazing staff. Very accommodating. Our room was very clean. We would highly recommend this resort to families! They have so much for the children to do. I'm excited to go back again and enjoy St Pete's beautiful beach!!"

"Pricey. Our room has no window that can be opened or balcony. And if you want to go to the beach and use their umbrellas or chairs you have to pay. Not even a discount you pay the same price that people that don’t come from the hotel. Very expensive for what it is."

"Second time here! Room was clean, replacement items were quick to receive. Room was able to hold temperature well. All amenities were utilized and nice. We spent a large majority of our time on the beach and found literally dozens of sand dollars. We went swimming in the pool and utilized the fishing poles to catch some fish -- caught 2 fish and saw a manatee!"

"This was a great place to stay. Very walkable to all amenities like the beach and great restaurants. We will be staying here again! Easy check in and check out as well. The only negative to the visit was parking. There are only 3 spots in the back and they were taken during our whole stay. We parked out front of the property and got a $40 ticket (had no idea it was paid parking as there were no signs). So be prepared to pay for parking if you can't get one of the 3 spots in the back. Overall, great visit!"
