"Breakfast was good, traveling for dog show with 3 kiddos, 2 dogs. We elected to stay on first floor where they were remodeling, wasn’t a big deal, nice roomy and spacious, quiet and staff were alway so helpful and sweet!"

I asked about something and was told they were out. Another family came down to eat and had to ask about waffle batter because dispenser was empty. We were disappointed."

"HORRIBLE!! Gross room, elevator gross and needs some maintenance, showers leaked through the ceiling, dont think they even had had keeping. Pool was so cold couldnt even enjoy it. Two ladies at the counter were so rude and just downright disrespectful, wouldnt let us speak to a manager, just gave us an email to contact. Didnt feel safe in place at all. Code enforcement and the board of health should definitely be called "

"The room smelled when I arrived found out heat and AC didn't work had toliet issues it had to be plunged several times. When you say on toliet it moved off the floor. Fridge was not cleaned properly. Blankets were not cleaned. Found a crack pipe in the grass outside on of the exit doors. My dogs got out the hotel room somehow and couldn't get help from front desk to ask them anything about what happened waited at desk for several minutes with no help. I do realize this is a budget hotel option but we as guests still deserve the best stay. We believe someone tried to enter our room while we were for for a few and let the dogs out our Labrador Retriever suffered injuries to his front paws and my 200lb English Mastiff was found outside in the cold this was devastating for me and my boys to come back to our Labrador is still recovering from his injury and unable to walk currently "

"The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room."
