"I liked the staff. The breakfast had staff always present which was nice, because the pancake machine wasn’t working right. The toaster was too small for the bread. It would only toast half of it at a time and then you had to reinsert the other end(only 1/2 fit). I stayed there two nights and the pool was NEVER available! I feel like there should be someway to notify members. I don’t like paying the same amount for a room that doesn’t have that available as that is a primary reason I...

"AC broke down overnight and it was hot night . They left fan and property was booked and no room was available. They compensated apparently with 1000 IHG point . This was not what I would expect after spending whole night in hot hell ."

"we stayed over the 4th, our TV remote did not work, and it took until the 5th for it to get fixed. Good breakfast, but there is a charge, and they were really pushy to get me to sign the book, even though I left the breakfast card on the book. No plates, and the staff was upset that we tried to grab clean ones from the stack that was visible behind the counter. Only one elevator working the weekend we were there, and it was busy since it was the 4th weekend"

If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property.
